1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ASCA website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Bootcamp Enrollment

Enrollment in our bootcamps is subject to application review and acceptance. Week 1 of the program is mandatory for all participants to ensure a consistent foundation for all builders.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, methodologies, and content provided by ASCA are the intellectual property of navan.ai. Participants gain a personal, non-transferable license to use these for their own product development.

4. Code Generation and AI

While we teach the use of agentic AI platforms like sam.navan.ai, ASCA does not guarantee specific results. The final responsibility for code quality and security lies with the participant.

5. Limitation of Liability

ASCA and navan.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the academy.
